Founders Note
I ate healthy, did pilates, 10k steps — and then each night, I’d still binge. I’d fall asleep with guilt and wake up with regret, promising to ‘be good today’
I normalised not being able to have a few — only the whole pack. I normalised constant on-off dieting and overthinking food all day.
What I know now is this: real health doesn’t come from perfection or punishment — it comes from peace and trust in your body.
No one told me that back then. And that’s why I created TBG. I took 4 years of coaching experience and the exact tools I use with my 1:1 students and brought them into one place.
I built the help I needed — practical, doable, and accessible — so no woman has to stay stuck in that cycle.
