What are those Practical Exercises?

The weekly exercises are designed to help you break free from destructive eating habits.

→ For example, if you skip bread at breakfast out of fear of carbs, you’ll likely end up overly hungry by noon and overeating at night. Together, we’d create tools to challenge that fear so you can honor your hunger and reduce binges.

I don’t just tell you what to do — I show you how, with your fears and current state in mind, so you can apply it step by step in daily life.

Package Pricing

My coaching is highly selective because I go all in with every client. My programs begin at $1,750 - reflecting the depth of daily support and lasting transformation you’ll receive.

My goal is it to help you heal for good. So we go deep once, and then you’re free to live life without the baggage and eating struggles.

Packages vary in length, from 4 to 12 weeks, because every woman starts at a different point. Some find complete freedom in just four weeks, while others choose longer support.

→ Whichever length you choose, you’ll have me fully with you throughout - not just weekly check-ins, but daily access whenever you need it.

Step 2: We’ll have a 15-minute discovery call to go over my approach and your questions.

Step 3: If it’s a yes, I’ll hold your spot for 24 hours until payment is confirmed. You’ll then receive your intake form so I can prepare your tailored roadmap.

Step 4: We start with Week 0 — an observation week to build awareness while I finalize your plan.

Step 5: One week later (or later if needed), we officially begin! Calls can be scheduled in advance or week-to-week, and messenger support is available Mon–Fri, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. CET.
