Working 1:1 with me
My coaching isn’t just about giving advice and information overload, it’s about working closely with you and understanding your true needs to create real change.
I’ll develop a precise roadmap for your journey from start to finish. This plan ensures you know exactly what to do and when, taking the guesswork out of your healing process.
Duration: 4-weeks or 6 weeks (starts at $1500)
1:1 Zoom Calls: Two 30-minute calls per week (or one 1 hour call a week) + access to the recording, so 8-12 calls in total.
Daily Messenger: From Monday to Friday, you can send messages via the Signal messenger to ask questions, send pictures, share thoughts via text or voice note. So that I’m by your side throughout our entire time together.
In-Depth Audit: You will receive a 4-6 page personalized PDF based on a 30-question onboarding questionnaire. I believe in complete transparency—this means you’ll gain a deep understanding of the true reasons behind your symptoms and how we’ll address the root cause in our time together, so that symptoms disappear. You will know why we do what, and this audit will give you the essential insights to move forward with clarity, confidence and trust.
Customized Action Plans: weekly practical exercises tailored to your individual needs, including tasks to challenge your current eating habits and change them gently, but effectively.

What are those Practical Exercises?
The weekly exercises are designed to help you break free from your current eating habits and patterns.
→ For example, let’s say you tend to skip bread at breakfast because you fear the carbs in it. This often leaves you overly hungry by noon, leading to binge urges and, ultimately, another night of overeating.
We’d address this habit by creating actionable tools to challenge your fear of carbs. This way, you can learn to honor your hunger, appetite and needs, reducing the binges that typically follow later in the day.

STEP 1:
You apply with the button below. Fill out the form, and I will review your application to ensure your struggles align with my expertise. I'll then get back to you within a day to confirm a discovery call time.
STEP 2:
We then jump on a 15-minute discovery call. During the call, I share a brief overview of how I’d approach your healing journey. We discuss any questions about our time together, and then we’re ready to go!
STEP 3:
I'll hold your spot for 24 hours until payment confirmation. I won't be able to reserve the spot any longer. Upon booking, you'll receive an email with your intake form (30 questions), which will give me all the information needed to set up a tailored roadmap for you.
STEP 4:
Once your spot is secured, you will start with week 0, which is an observation week. This includes observation guidance questions to help you gain a better understanding of your current behaviours. It gives you more awareness, and gives me time to tailor your plan in detail before we officially kick off week 1.
STEP 5:
Seven days later (I’m flexible to start later if you’ve planned a holiday or other things that keep you very busy), we officially kick off our time together and become food freedom besties :)
→ We can plan our calls in advance or week to week. Daily messenger will be available Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. CET (I’m flexible with time differences).
