That Balanced Girl™
Become normal around food again, so you feel in control when you eat - at every single meal
For the woman who is tired of thinking about food all day
TBG is the space that makes building trust in yourself when you eat actually doable.
By guiding you with practical exercises you use in your everyday eating, so food starts to be just food again.
You swing between “being good” and losing control. You feel always hungry, yet never satisfied. You open a box of sweets, plan to have only one - but finish all.
Whether you see yourself in all of this or just some of it - if food feels like something you have to handle instead of just live with, TBG was built for you.
↓
So how does it actually work? TBG is a space where you practice eating differently in real life - not just learn about it.
Daily, without pressure and with ongoing support. Because making food feel normal again happens through changed behavior, not more information.
So that soon you can wake up, go to the kitchen, eat the breakfast you actually want, simply stop when you’re satisfied - and move on with your day. No guilt. No second guessing when, what or how much to eat next.
Safety in eating isn’t a feeling you wait for. it’s built through daily action. And we give you the tools.
-
You practice eating differently while you’re actually living your life through effective, but doable behavioral shifts.
You use those repeatable exercises during your meals - at home, at work, alone or around others.
For example you learn:
what to do when you feel out of control around food
how to handle the thoughts that create guilt, pressure, or doubt
→ This is where food starts to feel less consuming, not through discipline or rules, but through changed behavior and mindset.
-
Change doesn’t happen from one good week - it happens through repetition.
That’s why TBG includes a monthly group practice challenge designed to help you stay consistent without pressure.
At the end of each month, there’s a chance to win a reward - not to “be the best,” but to make showing up feel fun.
Consistency becomes something you want to do - not something you force.
-
You’re not doing this alone. Inside TBG, you’ll find women who want the same thing you do:
to feel at peace with food and their body. There’s space to:
ask questions when things feel hard
share experiences without judgment
join live sessions if and when you want
You decide how visible you want to be. Support is there, but pressure isn’t :)

“Today, I do eat the food I truly want and feel good. After battling a horrible relationship with food for 15+ years I took the decision to work with Samira and it changed my life forever.”
Founders Note
I went from 9 years of binge eating to eating like I never struggled with food or my body and I want you to be able to do the same.
I’ve been teaching women back into normal eating over the past five years. What I kept seeing was this: change happened when they had enough structure and gentle accountability to keep showing up.
That looked like making small, ordinary choices differently - eating the meal they wanted instead of avoiding it, even when it felt scary. Those small, repeated choices were what actually changed their relationship with food.
I created That Balanced Girl™ because that kind of support didn’t exist in a format that fits real life and is accessible to anyone.
Not intensive coaching. Not a book or program you never finish. But something you live with - that supports you in real moments, daily, while you’re actually eating.
I can’t wait for you to use TBG and see you make food just food again.
Much love, Samira x
FAQs —
TBG doesn’t give more rules - we restore what makes rules unnecessary.
-
TBG is hosted inside an app you can use on your phone or desktop, to fit into your daily life.
It’s a flexible membership. You can cancel monthly or re-join anytime.
-
TBG isn’t 1:1 coaching. You’re joining for guided practices, structure and a supportive community - plus occasional members events with Samira, like live calls or in-person coffee walks, on which you can ask questions.
But mainly you get the tools and frameworks Samira normally uses with private clients, just without direct access to her.
-
See the community as a wonderful extra. I created it for every one, that feels alone on this journey and loves to connect with others.
If you are more of a private person, that’s totally fine. You share as much as you like. It won’t effect your progress.
You can also join and use the tools - and connect with the community only when you feel ready. Even if that’s never. No pressure :)
