We’re here to build a peaceful relationship with food and healthy habits in ways that benefit you and your health, not the opposite.

Content, tools, and posts are not to be copied, shared, or reposted outside the app - this includes screenshots or summaries.
This ensures everyone’s privacy is respected and the paid materials stay protected.

You are here for the tools, the structure, and the support of this community.
While Samira checks frequently with the community, however this is not 1:1 coaching or guaranteed direct replies.
Bring questions you’d love her input on to the live events — she’ll be present there for you and answer them!
